Customer Service Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team’s communication with customers, resolving customer issues, managing customer data, improving the overall customer experience, and developing and implementing team management rules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong background in customer service, and experience managing a team.


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native Russian and business-level English

– 5+ years of customer service, customer relations, or related experience

– Management experience of more than 10 people

– Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively

– Strong teamwork and coordination skills

– Experience managing customer information and inquiry data and handling databases

– Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)

– Compliance with company customer service policies and regulations

– Respectful and inclusive of diverse customer backgrounds and cultures

– Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to provide suggestions for service process improvement

– Ability to remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations


– Lead and manage the customer service team

– Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat

– Provide information on products and services

– Resolve customer complaints and claims

– Accept and track orders

– Gather customer feedback and respond to suggestions for service improvements

– Develop and implement team management rules

– Manage and update customer information in databases

– Provide education and training for new employees on customer service skills

– Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and regulations

– Remain respectful and inclusive of diverse customer backgrounds and cultures

– Proactively identify and solve problems to improve service processes

– Remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations
