The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service background.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native Russian and business-level English
– Customer service, customer relations, or related experience (e.g., 1+ years)
– Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively
– Team collaboration and coordination skills
– Experience managing customer information and inquiry data and handling databases
– Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)
– Respectful and inclusive of diverse customer backgrounds and cultures
– Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to provide suggestions for service process improvement
– Ability to remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations
– Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information on products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and claims
– Accept and track orders
– Gather customer feedback and respond to suggestions for service improvements
– Manage and update customer information in databases
– Provide education and training for new employees on customer service skills
– Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and regulations
– Remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations
